Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson has a realistic chance to return for Sunday's meeting with the Cleveland Browns, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Head coach Jesse Minter classified Jackson as "definitely day-to-day" after Wednesday's practice.
Jackson missed last Sunday's victory over the Atlanta Falcons due to an ankle injury that barred him from practice throughout the week. He picked up the injury during a Week 4 win over the Tennessee Titans.
Tyler Huntley started in Jackson's absence against the Falcons, completing 75% of his passes for two touchdowns and no interceptions. He also rushed for 20 yards and a touchdown.
The Ravens are also expected to welcome back rookie wide receiver Ja'Kobi Lane to practice this week, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. Lane underwent wrist surgery after Week 1 and has been sidelined since.
The Ravens lead the AFC North with a 4-1 record, while the Browns, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Cincinnati Bengals all sit 3-2.
