The 2026 World Cup knockout stage continues to take shape, with Thursday's Group F finales setting up a pair of standout matchups in the round of 32.

The Netherlands dominated Tunisia en route to a 3-1 win in Kansas City, securing the group's top spot and booking an enticing meeting with Group C runner-up Morocco next week.

Japan and Sweden drew 1-1 in Texas, a result that helped the Samurai Blue move on as Group F's second-place finisher. They will face Group C winner Brazil on Monday.

Sweden, secure as one of the eight best third-place teams, will also play in the round of 32 versus a group winner that has yet to be determined.

The Netherlands won Group F with seven points. The Oranje drew with Japan in its World Cup opener before beating Sweden and Tunisia by a combined score of 8-2.

The Samurai Blue finished the group stage with five points, one more than Sweden. Tunisia went home with a dismal campaign that included zero points and a minus-10 goal difference.

Several teams have already secured a spot in the knockout stage but are still waiting for the final group stage matches to find out their opponents.

In addition to Brazil-Japan and Netherlands-Morocco, Canada will go up against South Africa in the round of 32, and the United States will take on Bosnia and Herzegovina.
