Calgary Flames goaltender Devin Cooley exited Wednesday's loss against the Edmonton Oilers after a collision with Colton Dach.

The incident occurred late in the first period, with Cooley appearing to hurt his left leg. Dach was assessed a minor penalty for interference, and Cooley finished the last 12 seconds of the frame. Dustin Wolf replaced him to begin the second.

Calgary head coach Ryan Huska didn't have an update on Cooley's lower-body injury postgame, according to Sportsnet's Eric Francis.

Wednesday was Cooley's fifth straight start for the Flames after he'd won four consecutive games with a .955 save percentage.

The 29-year-old has become a viral sensation for his quirky interviews.

Wolf entered Wednesday's game with an .834 save percentage in five contests.
