The NHL and Fanatics announced Wednesday that they plan to unveil "Hometown Remix" uniforms and apparel for all 32 teams this coming season.

The collection will feature special edition jerseys designed to "uniquely and authentically celebrate the fans, city, and local culture of each team." Additional details about the project will be shared soon after the regular season begins on Sept. 29.

The uniforms will be separate from existing team alternate jerseys and will mark Fanatics' first unique league-wide uniform project since replacing Adidas as the NHL's jersey manufacturer in 2024-25.

Adidas orchestrated two separate Reverse Retro jersey programs during the 2020-21 and 2022-23 seasons. The initiative primarily involved flipping the colors of each team's vintage jersey.
