Taylor Swift will have to shake off some criticism from a pair of New York Knicks.

Tyler Kolek and Miles McBride recently revealed that they think the pop music superstar is the fakest celebrity they've seen courtside at Madison Square Garden.

Swift attended Game 4 of the NBA Finals, sitting with Este and Alana Haim, Mariska Hargitay, and Ben Stiller. The Knicks won the contest and the series in five games over the San Antonio Spurs, snapping a 53-year title drought.

The Knicks addressed Kolek and McBride's claim on Friday, commending Swift for her support for the team.

"Taylor Swift has been a Knicks fan for many years, has a long history with Madison Square Garden, and we are incredibly appreciative of her support of the organization," the team said in a statement.

Kolek, who was famously mistaken for a fan at the championship parade by an NYPD officer, is averaging 2.5 points with 5.2 assists over six games this campaign. The 25-year-old is in his third NBA season.

Meanwhile, McBride is in his sixth NBA campaign, all with New York. The 26-year-old is putting up 6.9 points off the bench.
