The Denver Nuggets are likely going to get a big boost against the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday.
Breakout forward Peyton Watson is expected to return to the lineup after missing more than six weeks with a hamstring strain, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.
The 23-year-old's return brings the Nuggets back to full strength during a season that's been marred by injuries to multiple key players.
Watson is averaging career highs of 14.9 points and 30.7 minutes in 49 appearances this season.
The Nuggets (43-28) sit fifth in the Western Conference following Friday's 121-115 win over the Toronto Raptors.
