UFC president and CEO Dana White said there won't be another event at the White House, although he considers Sunday's UFC Freedom 250 fight card on the South Lawn a success.
"It was an amazing experience, this was a one-of-one," White said, according to Dan Gelston of the Associated Press. "It will never happen again."
White said there won't be a repeat due to the expense of producing the show.
"I can't afford it," White said. "I'll never do the Sphere again, and we'll never do this again."
The event was intended to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence's signing and President Donald Trump's 80th birthday. Justin Gaethje became the new undisputed lightweight champion via a TKO victory over Ilia Topuria, and Trump was in attendance.
White described the event as a success in "every way you can gauge," according to ESPN's Michael Rothstein.
White added that he hoped UFC Freedom 250 "created some unity," per Gelston.
White added, "Even for the people that thought this was going to be some big political statement or something, this wasn't. This was Americans, all Americans celebrating the birthday."
